Säsongsstart barn- och ungdomsträning!

Hej! Nu på torsdag drar vi igång med barn- och ungdomsträningen för säsongen. Träningen passar från förskoleklass. Nya som gamla barn är välkomna 😊

⬇️ Här kommer lite info! ⬇️

🔵 Lilla gruppen (förskoleklass-ca åk 2)
Lekfull löpträning. Samling vid elljusspåret vid Svensgården. Bekväma träningskläder och springskor på!

🔴Mellangruppen (ca åk 3 och äldre)
Rullskidträning, samling vid herrgårdens parkering. Ett antal rullskidor med rottefellabindning finns att låna. Medtag pjäxor, stavar (gärna med rullskidspets) och hjälm.

🔹Träningstiden kommer att vara kl 18-19 för samtliga under hösten om inget annat anges.

🔹Nya barn kan gärna komma till Svensgården första gången oavsett ålder! Vi ber också en förälder stanna kvar och lämna kontaktuppgifter.

🔹Ytterligare information om höstens verksamhet lämnas på torsdag!
