Torsdagsträning idag för barn och ungdomar.

Samling vid Svensgården kl. 18!

Är du ny och vill prova på? Träningen passar för barn från ca förskoleklass. Under barmarkssäsongen byter vi ut skidor mot springskor, men träningsupplägget är ungefär detsamma. När det är möjligt delar vi upp oss i två grupper “lilla” och “mellan”. De lite äldre barnen (från ca åk 3) tar sig oftare ut på elljusspåret och gör övningar under tiden medan de yngre barnen brukar hålla till vid Svensgården där vi fokuserar på rörelse genom lekar, stafetter m.m. Periodvis tillkommer en träningsdag med rullskidåkning för de äldre barnen. Välkommen!!
